First off I totally understand women and young lady's who go throw things when pregnant, taking medicine, maybe there unhealthy(putting bad things in there body, including drinking, smoking, etc), but when you are just doing things that you know is damaging to your hair and don't care until you want a certain style from a professional and can't get. or you get shamed from the wind blowing and everyone seeing nothing because there is nothing there. You have to take care of your hair like you do your entire BODY. What wrong with washing your hair in the shower when your in the shower, it makes since.
EXAMPLES OF DIFFERENT REASONS FOR EDGE LOST
Exhibit A
My Diagnosis-This is a older women and with just of my examination and experience with older women who wear pony tails, this is one of her go to styles. The problem with this is you never want to position your hair in the same position for long periods of time. It creates to much tension AND strain on the hair especially the edges trying to get it as tight, flat and pulled together as possible.
Exhibit B
My Diagnosis- This is from braids being pulled to tight and alot of people think that when you pull the hair as tight as possible that means that will make it turn out to they we it should but that's no the case. YOU DON NOT have to grab the hair tight, grab the hair, and the the extension hair/braiding hair and put it as close to the base of the hair as possible.
My Diagnosis- This hair could be thinning, breaking off, or heat damaged this hair can be repaired and grow back most likely. It needs to be treated carefully, and deep conditioned, and left alone no heat, no braids and wrapped with a silk or satin scarf.

My Diagnosis- Like I stated in the last photo since I see a hot comb I'm going to go off that and say heat damaged. Putting to much heat on your hair without protection is not goo and can cause this to the hair.

My Diagnosis- These could be anything but I want to say from these pics sometimes you can not get hair back when you loss your edges and sometime hair could come back in some places and not others. Edges can also be lost from product build up burnt spots from a relaxer, and even eating unhealthy sometime in some cases. So be careful and pay attention to your entire body.So from this post I want people in general to know that taking care of your hair and edges not will leave something for you later in older years, because the older you get the more your hair will thin out.
