Now if you guys don't already know I love anything girly including fashion and the fashion tv shows that come out so that mean I had to take a look at the new lifetime show called Girlfriend Intervention. Its about 4 black women hairstylist, decorator, fashion, and Tanisha From bad girls club who just bring the spark out of the women (which I am also proud or her from being involved in so many other things). But the women they make up/ over are all white now I don't know if they will be all white the whole show but the past 3 shows I have seen they all are white. Now when I watch this show I get it understand it they make a big impact on these ladies lives to get them back where they once were. But my only this that makes me uncomfortable just a bit lol is the stuff they say during the show like black women will never have a man that look that good and not keep them selves up (LIE LOL), or a black women will never leave there house dirty (LIE). Because we all know or know of some black female who dosen't dress to part, who house stay dirty and who don't do they hair or something of that nature. But I don't think its a terrible show, I don't know if this is something to try and bring the black women up or feel good and make the white women feel like slobs but from both sides there is a slob somewhere lol so I just think it should have been everyone (culture) instead of just pointing one out even though they are making the women feel good and like I said I get it and still will be watching.
