So everyone makes this goal every year to lose weight anf shout it out to the world, that's something that I am chosen not to do I just wanted to get started and then just post my healthy choices and bad ones to just to started off with just me knowing the goal and everyone else not knowing and just seeing the progress so this is what I ate today for breakfast on 1/16/2014 in the morning before finding something on youtube to workout to.
Youtube is a great place to find different workout videos to help you not keep doing the same thing over and over because there are so many videos that you can choose. From hip hop dancing, they have some zumba videos which I love, and way more so this is where I am starting lol so just pray for me to continue and not stopping because I know it want be easy but I have to have a great mind set that I can do it.
